Mango and cava ice cream milkshake

  • 400 gr La Menorquina mango sorbet
  • 200 gr Brut Cava
  • Citrus fruit peel (20 gr)


  • Place the sorbet in a dish with high sides.
  • Pour in the Cava.
  • Blend for a few seconds so that the ingredients combine. Leave to stand in the freezer.
  • Grate the citrus fruit peel and mix into the milkshake.
  • Serve in tall glasses and decorate with fruit.
