Strawberries & cream, ice cream version
INGREDIENTS
- Whipped cream or Greek yogurt.
- Choose between: strawberry ice cream (008250), violet ice cream (001429), blackberry sorbet (009573) or raspberry sorbet (009598).
- Chopped strawberries.
- Combine with: crumble, cocoa, raspberries.
METHOD
- Decorate the plate with whipped cream.
- Add scoops of ice cream.
- Add strawberries.
- Sprinkle crumble on top of all the ingredients.
