Pineapple carpaccio with lemon sorbet

INGREDIENTS

  • Pineapple carpaccio.
  • Choose between: lemon sorbet (009596) / pineapple sorbet (009574) / mandarin sorbet (009597) / raspberry sorbet (009598) / vanilla ice cream (008249).
  • Combine with: raspberry crumble / biscuit / chocolate.
  • Lime zest.
  • Optional: dried flowers.

METHOD

  • Place the carpaccio on the plate.
  • Add a scoop of ice cream.
  • Add the lime zest to the top of the ice cream.
  • Sprinkle the crumble and the dried flowers around the plate.
