Pineapple carpaccio with lemon sorbet
INGREDIENTS
- Pineapple carpaccio.
 - Choose between: lemon sorbet (009596) / pineapple sorbet (009574) / mandarin sorbet (009597) / raspberry sorbet (009598) / vanilla ice cream (008249).
 - Combine with: raspberry crumble / biscuit / chocolate.
 - Lime zest.
 - Optional: dried flowers.
 
METHOD
- Place the carpaccio on the plate.
 - Add a scoop of ice cream.
 - Add the lime zest to the top of the ice cream.
 - Sprinkle the crumble and the dried flowers around the plate.
