Mini cheesecake with raspberry sorbet
INGREDIENTS
- Mini Cheesecake from La Menorquina (003070).
- Caramel sauce / hazelnut / strawberry.
- Choose between: raspberry sorbet (009598) / mandarin sorbet (009597) / blackberry sorbet (009573) / vanilla ice cream (008249) / strawberry ice cream (008250).
- Combine with: raspberry crumble / biscuit / chocolate.
METHOD
- Sprinkle the crumble on the plate.
- Place the scoop of raspberry sorbet on top of the crumble and the mini cheesecake next to the ice cream.
- Drizzle the sauce on top of the mini cheesecake.
- Sprinkle crumble on top of the sauce.
