Mini cheesecake with raspberry sorbet

INGREDIENTS

  • Mini Cheesecake from La Menorquina (003070).
  • Caramel sauce / hazelnut / strawberry.
  • Choose between: raspberry sorbet (009598) / mandarin sorbet (009597) / blackberry sorbet (009573) / vanilla ice cream (008249) / strawberry ice cream (008250).
  • Combine with: raspberry crumble / biscuit / chocolate.

METHOD

  • Sprinkle the crumble on the plate.
  • Place the scoop of raspberry sorbet on top of the crumble and the mini cheesecake next to the ice cream.
  • Drizzle the sauce on top of the mini cheesecake.
  • Sprinkle crumble on top of the sauce.
