Macaron with pistachio praline
INGREDIENTS
- Macaron Ice cream (007226).
- Vanilla ice cream (008249).
- Chocolate sauce.
- Pistachio praline.
- Pistachio pieces.
- Raspberry crumble.
- Chocolate popping candy.
- Yoghurt mousse.
METHOD
- Place some pistachio praline on the plate.
- Decorate with the yoghurt flavoured mousse.
- Place the macaron in the middle of the plate and decorate the top with chocolate sauce.
- Spread the raspberry crumble, chocolate popping candy and pistachio pieces across the plate.
- Place a ball of vanilla ice cream on top of the macaron.
