Chocolate ice cream with hazelnut sauce
INGREDIENTS
- Hazelnut sauce / chocolate / caramel / strawberry.
- Choose between the following ice creams: chocolate (008251) / salted caramel (008258) / vanilla (008249) / nougat (008253) / cream (008252) / violets (001429) / biscuit (008256).
- Combine with: hazelnut pieces / almond / walnut.
- Combine with: crumble, cocoa, raspberries.
- Combine with: raspberry pieces / strawberry / blueberry.
- Chocolate pieces / dark chocolate / white chocolate.
METHOD
- Make a spiral decoration on the plate using the sauce.
- Add a scoop of ice cream in the middle.
- Place the pieces of fruit and nuts around the plate.
- Add the pieces of chocolate on top of the ice cream.
