Nougat ice cream with cocoa crumble
INGREDIENTS
- Caramel sauce / hazelnut / chocolate.
- Choose between: nougat ice cream (008253), chocolate (008251), vanilla (008249), strawberry (008250), cream (008252), salted caramel (008258), almond (008255), violets (001429), biscuit (008256).
- Redcurrants / strawberries / raspberries.
- Combine with: cocoa crumble / biscuit.
- Optional: popping candy / chocolate.
METHOD
- Cover the base of the plate with cocoa crumble and chocolate popping candy.
- Add the scoop of ice cream.
- Decorate with sauce.
- Add redcurrants around the ice cream.
