INGREDIENTS
- Macaron Ice cream (007226).
- Toffee mousse.
- Toffee sauce.
- Crumble.
- Popping Candy.
METHOD
- Put the toffee sauce on the plate.
- Dip one side of the macaron in the crumble and popping candy.
- Place in a vertical position on the plate.
- Decorate with toffee mousse.
